There is a large garden with picnic table and BBQ. Well equipped breakfasting kitchen with door to sun room which has french doors to the garden. Sitting room with open fire, separate dining room, bathroom with bath. 1 king size bedroom, 1 bunk room and 1 twin bedroom. Note you walk through the bunk room to get to the twin room.
Please note there is no central heating but an open fire and plenty of plug in heaters to keep it toasty!
